Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider to recruit an RGN Deputy Manager for their elderly care home near High Wycombe. Within this position you would support the care home with managing the team and improving care standards. As Deputy Manager of this care home, you will support the delivery of the high-quality care that this provider is known for and will need to be comfortable working within end of life and dementia care.

Working closely with the Home Manager you will help support with quality audits, you can expect to help with everything from training, improving care levels and mentoring staff. You will inspire a team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring care standards.

The Candidate

As the Deputy Manager, you will need to be RGN and a be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.

Requirements

RGN (essential)

Happy to commit to working some weekends.

Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.

Must be happy working a combination of clinical and supernumerary hours.

Location

This role is based within the High Wycombe and would be a suitable commute from Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Windsor, Aylesbury, Watford, Oxford and Didcot.

Summary

My client is seeking an experienced RGN Deputy Manager who must be able to lead and inspire a team to provide high-quality care. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £61,000.
