Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll wear many hats, ensuring every resident receives the best care possible. Your main responsibilities include:
• Clinical Leadership: Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' needs to ensure person-centered, high-quality care.
• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and support our nursing and care team to maintain excellence in care, fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
• Compliance Champion: Stay on top of CQC standards and regulations, guaranteeing full compliance across all care and operational areas.
• Policies & Procedures: Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
• Digital Skills: Utilise your IT proficiency to manage digital care planning and keep all documentation up to date.
