Nursing Home Manager

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Home Manager in our small nursing home in Havant.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic nurse leader who can drive excellence in care delivery and foster a positive work environment.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum.
About the Role- As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll wear many hats, ensuring every resident receives the best care possible. Your main responsibilities include:
- Clinical Leadership: Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' needs to ensure person-centered, high-quality care.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and support our nursing and care team to maintain excellence in care, fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
- Compliance Champion: Stay on top of CQC standards and regulations, guaranteeing full compliance across all care and operational areas.
- Policies & Procedures: Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
- Digital Skills: Utilise your IT proficiency to manage digital care planning and keep all documentation up to date.
