We are looking for an experienced Office/Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Office/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations and supporting the finance department.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the Office Support staff and temporary office staff.
Credit Control: Invoicing and follow up on payment of outstanding invoices.
Invoice Processing: Processing of supplier invoices.
Maintain a well-functioning office, including answering calls, taking messages, and managing office supplies.
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
Processing I-fulfilment orders, from tours, walk ins, telephone & email orders.
Arrange maintenance and service for various systems within the company.
Manage courier services.
Take charge of stock management and ensure sufficient supply.Requirements:

Previous experience in an office-based role, preferably as an Office Manager.
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office.
English and Maths GCSE at 'C' or above.
Knowledge of financial principles, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lift 25kgs.
First Aid certification and forklift ticket are advantageous.
Experience in health and safety and fire risk management is desirable.
Valid driving licence and own transport due to the rural location.Perks:
