About the Role
Position: Director of Sales - Middle East
This role involves overseeing sales activities targeting the Middle East market to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Leading efforts to secure business from consortiums in the region.
Aligning with revenue objectives and negotiating effectively.
Conducting performance reviews, goal-setting, and development planning for direct reports.
Representing the property at key tradeshows and planning familiarization trips.
Managing the annual sales P&L for assigned markets.
Collaborating with Global Sales Offices to ensure seamless communication and effective lead conversion.
Staying informed on competitive trends in the market.
Handling high-revenue leads and employing creative sales techniques.About You
Ideal candidates will have:

At least three years of experience in upscale or luxury hospitality, with a focus on the Middle East market.
Proven team management and revenue generation skills.
Desirable familiarity with the London hospitality market.
Proficiency in hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera Fusion, Delphi, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong negotiation and business closing skills.Benefits
