Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and rail projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information.
- Provide input during bid proposals and tender submissions.
- Monitor and evaluate cost effectiveness to ensure maximum efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in civil engineering, construction, or rail industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
