We are retained by this independent business who are seeking a talented Bathroom Showroom Sales Professional. They supply to both trade and public and have been around for many years where they have developed a strong name within the industry.
The role requires an experienced bathroom salesperson required for a luxury end showroom.

The role:

You will be required to ensure that the showroom runs smoothly and effectively in order to both meet and exceed sales and profit targets while providing an effective and efficient 1st class service to all customers.
This role is ideally suited to candidates that have had previous experience in selling luxury bathrooms.
The successful candidate must have previous bathroom sales experience, as well as the following essential qualities:
A strong flair for selling
Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills.
Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
Good organisation skills and ability to work on several jobs at once
The key to the role is to achieve sales targets at the required margin whilst supplying the customer with a fantastic level of service
Meet, greet and direct customers around the showroom
Take leads for every customer contact
Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on the product
Be accountable for keeping self-up to date with product knowledge
Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.
Ability to manage a small team of staff, leading from the front in customer development and sales

*** 4 day working week ***
The business will be trialling a 4 day working week from January 2025 for 6 months with a view to permanently implementing the change.
The adjustment to their working week will mean that you will be working approximately 4 hours less per week in total although your working days will be slightly longer.
Your salary will however remain the same (for less hours worked).
This 4 days working week is completely optional.
