Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Bathroom Products

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent retailers and showrooms in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to discuss sales strategies and product displays.
  • Manage the roll-out of new product displays to ensure optimal brand presence in showrooms.
  • Negotiate stock and pricing with key showroom partners to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver in-branch training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers on bathroom products and applications.
  • Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness.
  • Drive customer engagement through a consultative and tailored sales approach.
  • Manage a portfolio of around 90 active clients generating approximately £650,000 annually.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and showrooms.
  • The ability to roll out and manage product displays effectively while driving customer engagement through training and support.
