Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: BD8Salary: £12.50 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing through various in-house systems.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure correct inventory is maintained, and record stock movements.
Receiving Deliveries: Oversee the receipt of incoming deliveries, ensuring items are accurately checked and stored properly.
System Updates: Input and manage incoming orders using internal systems, keeping records up to date.
Department Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
General Admin Duties: Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage inventory and orders.
Experience with In-House Systems: Familiarity with internal systems for order processing and inventory management is preferred but not essential.
