Location: Remote (with occasional visits to client sites in London, Birmingham, Leeds, or Telford expenses paid)
Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 neg + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

The Opportunity

As a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for public sector clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure optimal architecture, efficient implementation, and exceptional client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Analyse client business needs and craft innovative CRM solutions.
Design technical documentation (TDD/FDD) and obtain stakeholder approvals.
Develop and manage Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on performance optimisation.
Provide technical leadership, including task assignment, troubleshooting, and peer reviews.
Plan, execute, and maintain best practices for system implementations.
Collaborate to deliver configuration, customisation, and extension of Dynamics CRM.What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM development.
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
Strong skills in .NET Framework, WCF/Web API, and SQL Server.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and integrations.
A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Power BI Reporting.
Experience in data integration and migration projects.Perks of the Role
