Job Summary

This Senior Dynamics CRM Developer role presents an exciting chance to lead and mentor a team, driving strategic priorities through technical leadership across multiple project work streams. As part of the Agile environment, you will be responsible for developing custom processes and plugins for a Dynamics CRM solution, actively participating in the architectural process.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise development projects through their life cycle, including team leadership, resource management, technical coaching, and research.
  • Lead application support and development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methods.
  • Evaluate business applications (mix of in-house / external software providers) to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.

 

Qualifications
  • Experience working with Dynamics CRM versions 2016 or 365 is essential.
  • Demonstrated skills in customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM are required.
  • Proven experience providing 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM is necessary.

 

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to recognizing exceptional talent and offering opportunities for growth and professional development.
