Account Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our clients commercial team as an Account Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Office based hours of work will be Monday-Thursday 08.00am-5.00pm and Friday (phone number removed)pm.
Duties of the role include;
Being the primary point of contact for the customer and will be the voice of the customer within the business as a whole. Part of the Customer Experience Team, you will work closely with the Sales Estimator and Project Scheduler and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with New Business, Customer Experience, Purchasing and Production colleagues and will form strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
*
Lead customer engagement sessions, e.g. prestart and progress meetings to establish requirements and identify opportunities
*
Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to provide updates on project progress
*
Work with the Sales Estimator to build compliant, competitive and noticeable bids that convert to orders
*
Lead internal handover sessions between the Sales Estimator and Project Scheduler and the Project Scheduler and Purchasing and Production
*
Liaise with Finance to ensure all ‘Gate Checks’ are complete
*
Ensure the staged design process is adhered to and milestones are met
*
Work with the Project Scheduler to ensure the design is feasible and non-standard design requests (NSDR’s) are addressed
*
Coordinate site delivery dates with internal teams and the customer
*
Manage and coordinate project issue trackers and ensure timely close out
*
Network with site teams to gather leads and points of introduction for future projects
*
Build and maintain strong working relationships to secure returning customers
*
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and client engagement
*
Work closely with the New Business team to support business development efforts
*
Retain, upload and file all documents related to projects in the prescribed central locations
*
Undertake additional duties as requested by the Commercial Director

* Suitable candidates will need to be proficient in using microsoft office packages Excel in particular
