Position: Senior HCA or Health Care Assistant
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50

Day & Night Shifts available

What You’ll Do:

* Provide high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

* Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes.

* Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.

* Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role.

* A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathise with patients.

* Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control, safeguarding, risk assessments & report writing.

* Holds a valid Manual Handling & Care certificate (Preferred)

* Additional certificates are required if you are applying for the Senior role.

* Has a minimum of 12 months experience and/or holds a suitable social care qualification.

* A DBS on the update service or happy to obtain one
