Key Responsibilities:

* Empower learners by sharing your knowledge of the residential childcare sector throughout their apprenticeship journey.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure learner success.

* Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.

* Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).

* Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.

* Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs.

* Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.

* Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Desired: Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent.

* We are willing to take on trainee's with strong occupational experience

* Essential: Occupational competence in a health and social care setting.

* Desired: Assessor's qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent.

* Essential: Qualification in Health and Social Care up to Level 3.

* Required: Willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.

* Driver’s License: UK driver’s license with access to own vehicle.
