We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Advisor to join our team. As a Health Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to patients and their families. You will serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare options and resources
- Assist patients in understanding medical procedures, treatment plans, and medication instructions
- Coordinate appointments and referrals for specialized care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
- Educate patients on preventive care measures and healthy lifestyle choices
- Stay informed about current healthcare policies, regulations, and insurance coverage
- Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
