This exciting opportunity as a Quantity Surveyor offers you the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects that transform lives. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of cost estimates, managing project budgets, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the DFG framework, building regulations, and health & safety standards
  2. Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate project delivery and meet deadlines
  3. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to support business decision-making

The Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. If you have a proven track record in similar roles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively, we want to hear from you.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

You will receive a salary of £45,500 - £56,000 per annum, plus access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
