Trainer in Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Health and Social Care Trainer. This opportunity offers the chance to empower learners to reach their full potential and be part of an award-winning national training provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Share your knowledge of the residential childcare sector with learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure learner success.
- Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.
- Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.
- Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs.
- Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.
Required Qualifications:
- Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent.
- Occupational competence in a health and social care setting.
- Qualification in Health and Social Care up to Level 3.
- Driver's License: UK driver's license with access to own vehicle.
This role is based in the West Midlands and comes with a competitive salary of £26,000 plus a £4,000 car allowance.
