We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our team as a Health and Social Care Trainer. This role offers the chance to work with learners in the residential childcare sector, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver teaching and learning activities that cater to the needs of learners.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing feedback and guidance to support learner development.
  • Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.
  • Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).

A teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential for this role. Additionally, occupational competence in a health and social care setting and a qualification in Health and Social Care up to Level 3 are required.

This position is based in the West Midlands and comes with a competitive salary of £26,000 plus a £4,000 car allowance.
