This role offers a competitive starting salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience. You'll also enjoy a company car or an extra £4,900 annually for a car allowance, and 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.
Our client is a leading provider of homecare services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised care to patients in their own homes. They are committed to supporting their staff with ongoing training and development opportunities.

As a Community Nurse, you will:

Cover the Aberdeen region, travelling to patients' homes.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering one-to-one care.
Deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations.Package and Benefits:

The package for the Community Nurse role includes:

Annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable on experience.
Company car or an extra £4,900 per year for car allowance.
Mileage expenses.
33 days holiday including bank holidays.
Pension scheme.
Death in Service benefit (4 x annual salary).
NMC fees paid.
Ongoing training and development opportunities.To be successful as a Community Nurse, you must:

Have a full UK driving licence.
Be experienced in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
Have a valid NMC pin number.
Be a qualified RGN.
