We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our esteemed homecare provider as a Community Nurse in the vibrant city of Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Covering the Aberdeen region, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes and providing one-to-one care tailored to their unique needs.
  • You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Your expertise in nursing will enable you to deliver effective, high-quality care, supporting early hospital discharge or preventing unnecessary admissions.
  • You will build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks.
  • Accurate documentation of patient care and clinical observations is essential for your role.
Competitive Remuneration Package:

The annual salary for this position ranges from £33,000 to £38,000, negotiable based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy the flexibility of a company car or a £4,900 car allowance annually, along with mileage expenses. You will also benefit from 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, a pension scheme, death in service benefit, NMC fees paid, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies is a necessity.
  • A valid NMC pin number is mandatory.
  • As a qualified RGN, you possess the required skills and knowledge for this role.
  • Homecare experience is desirable but not essential.
