Key Responsibilities:- Covering the Aberdeen region, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes and providing one-to-one care tailored to their unique needs.
- You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Your expertise in nursing will enable you to deliver effective, high-quality care, supporting early hospital discharge or preventing unnecessary admissions.
- You will build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks.
- Accurate documentation of patient care and clinical observations is essential for your role.
The annual salary for this position ranges from £33,000 to £38,000, negotiable based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy the flexibility of a company car or a £4,900 car allowance annually, along with mileage expenses. You will also benefit from 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, a pension scheme, death in service benefit, NMC fees paid, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:- You must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Experience in caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies is a necessity.
- A valid NMC pin number is mandatory.
- As a qualified RGN, you possess the required skills and knowledge for this role.
- Homecare experience is desirable but not essential.
