This is a unique opportunity to work as a community care professional in NHS National Services Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing support and guidance to them.

You will work collaboratively with senior staff members who are experienced mental health nurses and car drivers/owners. The successful candidate will have good assessment skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of clients, providing support and guidance to clients, and working collaboratively with senior staff members.

Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £65,000 per year, including an attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
