Job Summary:
  • Cover the Aberdeen region, travelling to patients' homes.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering one-to-one care.
  • Deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
About the Role:
  • You'll build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
  • You'll accurately document all patient care and clinical observations.
  • Competitive starting salary: £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience.
  • You'll enjoy a company car or an extra £4,900 annually for a car allowance.
  • 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • NMC fees paid.

To be successful as a Community Nurse, you must have a full UK driving licence, be experienced in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies, and hold a valid NMC pin number. Homecare experience is desirable.
