Mental Health Outreach Support Worker (FEMALE CLIENT)

Location: ROMFORD ESSEX
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life?

We are seeking a "FEMALE" dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Outreach Support Worker to provide community-based support to a young female with severe mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and behaviours that challenge.

This is a unique opportunity to positively impact someone’s life by offering person-centered care and empowerment in the community.

Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored one-to-one support in the community, ensuring the individual’s safety and wellbeing.

* Manage challenging behaviours with a compassionate and professional approach.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate records of support provided.

* Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in mental health, substance use, or behavioural support (desirable but not essential).

* Compassionate, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.

* A full, clear Enhanced DBS check.

* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
