Responsibilities:

Grow Housing Association revenues

* Create great relationships with key decision makers, becoming their trusted partner for Roofing services

* Identify regional opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers

* Identify and convert new Housing Associations in line with our client's strategic plans

* Work with the Housing Associations to identify new products and services

* Improve customer experience by creating excellent communication channels and collaboration between the Housing Association, its tenants and our client's operations and develop governance over customer satisfaction (Board reporting / KPIs)

Developing business with other sectors

* Create great relationships with key decision at existing customers within the Prison and Hospitality sectors, becoming their trusted partner for Roofing services

* Identify national opportunities to grow revenue with them

* Conduct thorough market research into new sectors and regions to identify trends and opportunities for growth

* Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand our customer base

* Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure maximum profitability

* Work closely with operations and other departments to align business objectives

Performance Reporting

* Track and report sales performance metrics including, but not limited to, sales pipeline, win and loss analysis

What we’d like to see:

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction industry or to Public Sector organisations

* A self-starter. Someone that enjoys taking ownership of their area and has the drive to make things happen and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Excellent interpersonal skills capable of building trusted relationships

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
