Visitor Engagement Assistant

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for Visitor Engagement Assistant's to join our client's team. You'll have the chance to work in a prestigious organisation-based in Westminster, ensuring that visitors have the best possible experience.

As a Visitor Engagement Assistant, your main responsibilities will include queue management and providing access services to visitors. It's crucial to have strong customer service skills, as well as being self-motivated and front-facing.

This is a temporary position, with a duration of 3 weeks. Working hours are from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, ensuring that visitors have a memorable experience. Security clearance is required before starting.

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication skills to engage with visitors effectively
Customer service focus, ensuring visitors feel welcome and supported
Self-motivation to work independently and take ownership of your role
A passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer serviceTo succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your great communication and presentation skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for working with people. Uniform is required, and you'll be expected to wear it during your shifts.
