Position: Clinical Deputy Home Manager
Location: Ashtead, Surrey
Salary: £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 48 hours per week, combining clinical and supernumerary shifts (short shifts)

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Home Manager to join a well-established, independent nursing home in Ashtead. This small, award-winning home holds an OUTSTANDING CQC rating and specialises in providing exceptional care for residents with general nursing needs and dementia. As Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you'll oversee a small group of residents and manage a dedicated, stable team of nurses and carers.
