Deputy Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services in a home that provides care for the elderly.
  • You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home and provide support to the care team.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Experience in a senior management role, preferably in a care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
