We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Deputy Home Manager at our esteemed care home. As a Deputy, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services and working closely with the General Manager to develop leadership and business skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, direct, and manage clinical services to ensure the highest standards of care
* Develop and implement effective leadership and business strategies to drive growth and excellence
* Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident outcomes
* Foster a nurturing environment for residents and staff, promoting a culture of dedication, competence, and compassion

**Requirements:**

* RGN qualified with significant management experience
* Proven track record of leadership and business skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
