Deputy Manager - Care Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a care home that provides exceptional care for the elderly.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience to take the next step in their career progression and develop their leadership and business skills.

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

  • Developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
