Our Client
Domestic Heating Engineer / Domestic Gas Engineer required for our client, they are a reputable heating contractor based in Staines-upon-Thames. They are seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their team. They have been in business for over 10 years, they supply service, repair and installation to domestic heating, commercial heating and renewable energy systems to high end letting agents, property management companies, private property owners and commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, installation and repair of domestic gas heating systems and appliances.
Domestic Gas Engineer Job Description
* Carrying out maintenance and repairs on existing systems and appliances
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with gas systems and appliances
* Installation of domestic boilers
* Communicating effectively with clients and providing excellent customer service
* Adhering to all industry regulations and standards
* It is expected the domestic heating engineer will cover hot water plumbing system repair and maintenance as and when required
* Travel across location such as Slough, Weybridge, Uxbridge Greenford, Kingston-upon-Thames and Woking
Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements
* Hold a valid Gas Safe registration
* Previous experience as a domestic gas engineer
* Knowledge of current gas safety regulations
* Attend 6/7 jobs daily
* Experience and qualifications in commercial heating or heat pumps is advantageous
* Full Driving Licence
Domestic Gas Engineer Remuneration
* Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 DOE
* 20 Days Annual Leave + BH
* Company van provided - inc private usage
* Tools and PPE
* Overtime Available
* No On Call Rota
* Training and Development Opportunities (Commercial and Renewables)
* Full Package to be discussed at interview
