This is a great opportunity to lead and develop the strategy for some of our key accounts, to inspire our creative teams and our clients with your strategic thinking, and to help create work that delivers results.

Plus Excellent Benefits Package
Your Skills: Strategic Planning, Creative Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Integrated Strategy, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Consumer Behaviour
About the job:
As Strategy Director, you will be an experienced creative strategist; someone with broad knowledge and experience of the full marketing and comms mix, you will be a big-picture thinker with a passion for creativity, capable of developing compelling strategies that inspire our creative teams and deliver results for our clients. We are looking for someone who is comfortable developing strategy that will be delivered through traditional channels and who also believes in the power of influencer and social media to help brands to connect with their audiences.
You will need to be comfortable working proactively and collaboratively with clients, creative teams, our social and influencer team and client services. You embrace the full strategy cycle and are proficient in developing strategies and frameworks for growth and progress. You’re a challenger, a collaborator, adaptable and articulate with a get-it-done mentality. We like people who aren’t so arrogant they think they know it all, but confident enough that together we can get to the best solutions.

+ Proven track record of delivering successful strategies for major brands
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Able to lead the strategy on new business opportunities and pitches
+ Able to manage and mentor junior members of the team

Private health care (medical history disregarded), health cash plan, pension scheme with rising employer contributions with length of service along with professional development opportunities, family friendly policies and even a free bar
Our flexible working policy means whilst you will have an office base in London that you work from Tuesday – Thursday you can choose where you work on a Monday and Friday, whether it is one of our offices, from home or another location.
