Our client is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who thrives in the world of data, strategy, and creative execution.


The Role:

  • Campaign Architect: Build and execute high-performance email campaigns. From crafting compelling content to analysing results, you’ll ensure every email serves a strategic purpose.
  • Optimisation Specialist: Leverage A/B testing and data insights to refine subject lines, CTAs, and layouts. Constantly iterate to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Customer Journey Expert: Own the email lifecycle. Design and refine automated journeys that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive retention.
  • Data-Driven Marketer: Analyse performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities. Use data to inform future campaigns and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Strategic Planner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with broader business goals and campaign strategies.


What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in email marketing , with a focus on performance analysis and optimisation .
  • Expertise in email platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot ).
  • A sharp eye for detail and a relentless drive to test, refine, and improve.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices , from deliverability to list segmentation.
  • A solid grasp of data analytics , with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
