The Role
Reporting into the Head of Brand and Strategic Communications, this global role is pivotal to the creation of visually impactful and compelling written content that will enhance the industry leading reputation of our brands, engage target audiences and drive strategic business objectives forward through creative communication.
This role is a full time and permanent position within a dynamic and global Marketing team based in our HQ. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and creative content professional eager to accelerate their career within a fast-growth, lean environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise multi-channel content strategies for our portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.
- Produce and deliver engaging content across all communication channels and platforms to support business objectives.
- Simplify complex information (e.g., product information, legislative changes, industry news) into engaging content for commercial decision-makers.
- Craft compelling copy for press releases, case studies, whitepapers, and other long-format content.
- Liaise with cross-functional marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to different funnel stages and buyer personas.
- Work closely with our in-house and freelance design resources to produce visually impactful content across a range of media.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse, report, and refine content strategies based on their impact on brand and business outcomes.
- Maintain brand standards, acting as a checkpoint for all published content to ensure standards are consistently applied, including tone of voice.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing best practices and continuously seek ways to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
Essential Skills & Experience
As a people orientated organisation, candidates must demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture and our core values: Listen, Empower, Innovate and Accomplish as well as demonstrating the following skills and experience:
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in content creation, copywriting or similar role.
- A creative storyteller with experience developing captivating and visually impactful campaigns to meet strategic goals.
- Ability to take content ideas from concept to launch, evaluation and optimisation, including style and format, with ease.
- Creative writing skills, with the ability to use company messaging, product information, and insights to craft on-brand messages across multiple platforms.
- Experience working with graphic designers and / or freelancers.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team with great time management and self-motivation to ensure deadlines are achieved in a fast-paced environment.
