Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive with a leading private healthcare organisation.

Role Overview:


In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with general practitioners, and other key stakeholders. You will identify new revenue opportunities and enhance referral networks to expand the organisation's reach.

What's in it for you?

  • Based in West Sussex/ Surrey - field sales role
  • 30k plus bonus
  • Car allowance
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and local businesses
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and generate new business opportunities
  • Organise and coordinate events to promote services and engage with the community
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support targeted growth initiatives
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure effective communication
  • Regular travel across Sussex, Surrey and London to client meetings


We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

30k plus bonus and car allowance
