NFU Energy is the go-to energy consultant for agriculture and related industries, providing advice on all aspects of energy, from procuring energy contracts to sourcing and recommending energy solutions. To help match our client needs with services to support them, we are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our busy sales team. Proactively targeting warm leads and increasing sales revenue from these businesses, your role will be key in achieving ambitious personal and team targets. You will excel at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals.
To meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
To proactively target new business opportunities and increase sales revenue
To maintain and, as necessary, help develop effective sales processes
12-18 months experience of technical Business to Business sales
~ The practical use of CRM/sales management systems
~ Implementation of sales/service enhancements
~ Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
In return you will receive a salary of c £25,000 depending on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), NFU membership and more. You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support.
