We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our fantastic team and be the first point of contact for our customers, colleagues and visitors.
About the role:
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and greeting and welcoming visitors to our Crawley Head Office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being a part of a friendly and supportive team
As well as being the first point of contact for visitors, you will also play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our office. You will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing mail and deliveries.
- Supporting with administrative tasks, such as meeting room bookings.
- Maintaining and distributing stock and refreshment provisions across the office as required.
- Answering and directing calls from our switchboard, ensuring these are responded to professionally and efficiently.

What are we looking for?
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, or customer service-related role.
- Good administration and written skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems.
- Proof of right to work in the UK
