About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Canon Medical Systems Europe. As the first point of contact for our customers, colleagues, and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Organize mail and deliveries, and maintain and distribute stock and refreshment provisions as required.
  • Support with administrative tasks, such as meeting room bookings and answering calls from our switchboard.
