Job Description

About the Company:

Our client is a successful and growing boutique wealth and investment manager. They are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a small team of Relationship Managers who provide advice to HNW clients on pensions, investments, IHT planning, and trusts.


About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:


  • Assist with the administration of client arrangements
  • Management of client and third party enquiries, including liaising with offshore insurance and trust companies
  • Assist with client reporting, including quarterly valuations and annual suitability reviews
  • Help to coordinate client meetings, diary management, and client filing
  • Document client interaction and maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Ensure client KYC and compliance requirements are monitored and up-to-date
  • Work with private banks to administer loans and deposit renewal
  • Administer client payments and associated tax certificates


Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have gained HNW client support/client services experience within wealth management/private banking or financial planning.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in financial markets/investing
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines


Preferred Skills:

Desire to progress into a Junior Relationship Manager role.
