Job Description

We’re seeking a forward thinking, dynamic Client Solutions & Business Development Director to drive client engagement, growth, and strategic partnerships for Drydens Solicitors and APS Legal. This senior management role is perfect for an entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in client solutions within our industry, and a proven track record in business development.

More about the role:

  • Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, including targeted sales and marketing plans and client engagement strategies, specifically within the DCA Debt Purchasing space.
  • Showcase our business capabilities to potential clients, forging deep, strategic relationships that support business growth.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and EBITDA targets by securing new service contracts and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Work with the Client Relationship Management team and Head of Commercial Strategy to drive new opportunities and support client retention.
  • Partner with Arrow Global’s central investment team to identify and develop new opportunities for our discretionary funds.



More about you:

  • Experienced in professional services, debt purchase, or commercial lending, with leadership in business development or sales.
  • A strong proven-history of winning new business and managing client relationships, particularly in complex, multi-layered organisations.
  • Entrepreneurial and resilient, with strategic vision, intellectual curiosity, and an influential communication style.
  • Collaborative, client-focused, and most importantly a drive to succeed
