We are exclusively recruiting for an Interim Head of People Operations - what a team You will report into a wonderful CPO and you will lead a team of happy, successful Business Partners and Advisors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by leading a high-performing team through a critical phase of transformation.


We are looking for someone who is ideally NE based and offers excellent expertise in ownership of key operational people processes, including performance management, payroll, progression, compensation cycles, and absence policies. You should bring expertise in managing complex employee relations (ER) matters, providing clear guidance to team members and line managers throughout these processes along with an in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, including experience managing relationships with external legal advisors.
