About the role:

Were looking for leaders at Starbucks. Join us for coffee, stay for the community, connections and opportunities. As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be empowered to treat the store as if it is your own business.

To be successful in the role, youll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. Youll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Youll understand your market, getting to know the competition and can identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward. Youll be an ambassador for our partner networks.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment.
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
