About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Bodycare (GR & MM Blackledge PLC). As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, cash handling, and store maintenance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
