Retail Supervisor

Neptune are looking for a Retail Supervisor to work closely with our Store Leader to lead our fantastic Chesham store team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a pillar of support to the Store Manager, you'll understand that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You'll lead by example, always striving to deliver outstanding service while surpassing store objectives.
In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:

• Guide, support and motivate a dedicated retail team
• Ensure operational excellence throughout the store and behind the scenes
• Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
• Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products

As a positive and confident person you'll have previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within the world of retail, ideally from a home lifestyle or interiors brand or other respected brand which focuses heavily on delivering high levels of customer experience. You'll be passionate about our brand with a clear commitment to helping us drive forward the business forward.
We quite literally built Neptune Chesham from scratch. We've designed it so that, from the outside-in and the inside-out, it looks like it's three mini homes - each one slightly distinct from the other, but all with complementary, common ground to share. Combinations of flint and larch cover the exterior - materials that are in-keeping with the local vernacular - and once inside, you'll move between a cosy, country retreat-like atmosphere to a modern-country dwelling full of height and light. Our biggest piece of advice when you stop by is to look up - almost every ceiling is a spectacle with exposed timber trusses, mezzanine levels and suspended libraries.
