Job Description

What will you be doing?


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Lead for Alpine Cars. In this role, you will not only shape and execute a marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing but also lead and mentor a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK, including product launches, positioning, and pricing. You’ll work closely with this key team member to ensure cohesive and commercially successful campaigns.


Your role will have a strong commercial focus, ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth and brand development. Additionally, you will engage with and influence global corporate stakeholders across the Renault Group to ensure alignment

Success in this role will be measured by:


  • The commercial impact of marketing initiatives
  • The success of experiential marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Enhanced customer experience and feedback from events and activations
  • Development and performance of your direct report
  • Your ability to influence and collaborate with global corporate stakeholders
  • Achieving key performance targets and business objectives


Who are you?


The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially minded, and adaptable, with strong influencing abilities at both the local and global levels. You are a creative thinker, skilled at designing and executing experiential marketing strategies, while also being an effective leader and mentor to your team. You should have strong business acumen and the ability to leverage marketing to drive revenue and brand growth. Confident in presenting ideas to senior stakeholders, you will manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with global corporate partners. Strong project management and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
