We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Lead for Alpine Cars. In this role, you will not only shape and execute a marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing but also lead and mentor a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK, including product launches, positioning, and pricing. Your role will have a strong commercial focus, ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth and brand development. The commercial impact of marketing initiatives
The success of experiential marketing and customer engagement strategies
Enhanced customer experience and feedback from events and activations
Development and performance of your direct report
Achieving key performance targets and business objectives

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially minded, and adaptable, with strong influencing abilities at both the local and global levels. You are a creative thinker, skilled at designing and executing experiential marketing strategies, while also being an effective leader and mentor to your team. You should have strong business acumen and the ability to leverage marketing to drive revenue and brand growth. Strong project management and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
