What We’re Looking For
We are on the hunt for a Paid Search Lead with a proven track record in scaling Google Ads campaigns and driving PPC success. You’ll be the strategic mastermind behind our paid search advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with broader paid media strategies and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a leader, you’ll also mentor and develop junior team members, nurturing a culture of high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute innovative PPC strategies to drive client growth.
- Oversee the setup and launch of search advertising campaigns across multiple clients and markets.
- Lead Tier 1 pitch processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and take action to improve results.
- Cultivate a test-and-learn approach, documenting campaign strategies and insights.
Reporting & Insights
- Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Coach your team to deliver detailed, meaningful analysis that enhances client understanding of PPC.
- Present clear, data-led reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Client Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Develop and present detailed search advertising plans backed by data and industry expertise.
- Mentor the team on PPC planning, client relationships, and project management to uphold high standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 4-5 years of hands-on PPC experience , including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- A data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Ads.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills , including pivot tables, vlookups, and results visualisation.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred but not essential: an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
