The Role
The Insights Executive role sits in our central Studio team, made up of Planners and Creatives. The Studio team works on clients across our three divisions and supports the agency’s Growth team on new business and marketing. It’s the role of the Studio to ensure the agency’s work is strategically sound, driven by insights, and creatively pushing boundaries.
As an Insights Executive, you will be supporting on insights research and analysis across categories, brands, audiences and culture, which will be used to inform creative strategy presentations and thought leadership content.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Insights & research : Conduct insights research (both quant and qual) for current clients and new business pitches, supporting the Insights Planner on writing-up insight observations for presentations.
Agency tools manager: Become proficient in using our agency insight tools for research (training will be provided where needed) e.g. social listening, media monitoring, consumer research platforms. Help to upskill the team on tools, showcase best practice, and review tools as needed.
Campaign measurement: Support teams on insight & data-led measurement and tracking, particularly using agency measurement tools (e.g. influencer/social listening, media monitoring, search tools).
Agency marketing support : Help write insight-led thought leadership articles and/or contribute to research reports for the agency.
WHO YOU ARE, ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong research skills and be able to uncover meaningful insights that will inform both new business pitches and current client work.
- Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using online research platforms to interpret data and draw insights that will help to inform campaign planning.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that research is conducted accurately, and insights are derived from reliable data sources.
- An effective communicator, able to clearly explain insights and research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Happy to collaboratively with internal teams, and external client stakeholders.
- You must keep up-to-date with industry trends and be able to identify emerging trends that may impact our clients.
