**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**

The Senior Research Exec will support the Research Manager in delivering research services primarily to the commercial team and external clients covering the EMEA region. They will also support broader research and insight projects on an ad hoc basis to different departments across the Global and Domestic business. The Senior Research Exec role, based in London, will report to the Research Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Delivering primary support to the Research Manager in EMEA to delivering data and insights to feed into Global Partnership sales collateral and RFPs to internal and external stakeholders
- Partnering with the Research Manager to oversee the EMEA ad sales request process, ensuring the timely delivery of data via co-ordinating, managing and answering responses to client briefs
- Analysis and interpretation of TV and digital currency data
- Analysis of syndicated surveys and web analytics tools e.g., Ipsos Affluent Surveys, Globalwebindex to create compelling insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Working with senior research leaders to help deliver bespoke research projects (including Ad Effectiveness studies)

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications / Skills**
- 2+ years of experience in working in the media industry, within an insights, research or media planning department - either a media owner or media agency
- Commercially minded with a passion for media, research and advertising; experience of supporting commercial teams or working within a commercial role is beneficial but not a requirement
- Experience of working with Crosstab software such as GWI or IMS required
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical, with a creative approach to research and data interpretation
- Self-motivated, organised and prepared to work under pressure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High degree of numeracy and literacy
- Strong PC skills, including Excel (e.g., Macros, PivotTables) and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SPSS and statistical techniques desired but not essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and juggle various tasks/projects
- Curiosity and a willingness to expand and learn new skills and ideas

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Must have the right to and be willing to work in London, UK
- Willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis
