Senior Research Exec | SAAS

Location: Flexible, with regular meetings in London

Salary: Up to £50k + Unlimited annual leave, Hardware budget, Private healthcare + More

Our client:

A fast-growing SaaS Platform helping Fortune 500 companies with product development, media campaigns, and brand strategy. They've received a significant investment and are looking to scale up across the organisation.

We're seeking a skilled Senior Research Exec to work alongside their Product team and help shape their market research software. Collaborate with stakeholders, configure their industry-leading platform, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prioritisation: balance and prioritise competing features in alignment with the product strategy.
  • Customer Insights: identify, research, and deeply understand customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with product designers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer insights or data analytics.
  • Proven research skills, including questionnaire design and survey programming.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends, and advertising/innovation research.
