General Manager Position at Vincent Hotel, Southport

About Vincent Hotel: Vincent Hotel is a contemporary and stylish establishment located in the heart of Southport. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team and maintain our high standards of excellence.

Role Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on service, food & beverage operations, team management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, maintaining high standards in all departments.
  • Guest Experience: Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive business growth through innovative marketing and operational strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure the hotel adheres to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a minimum 4* or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
